Sean Fernandez: Certified Stretch Therapist

Sean Fernandez treats global athletes, celebrities and the top entrepreneurs in Downtown Toronto. What's their secret? IT'S HIM. While working as a personal trainer, he was introduced to Stretch Therapy through a client at his gym. Always fascinated by human kinetics, Sean jumped at the opportunity to receive a demo and experienced immediate relief and a significant increase in his range of motion from a single session. Instantly, Sean saw the benefit in Stretch Therapy - not only does it offer quick results but it can transform the lives of those recovering from injuries or looking to improve their athletic performance.

Sean is constantly expanding his knowledge of the human body - assisting athletes and fitness experts in personal training, gaining the skills to become a stretch therapist and, most recently, attending massage therapy school at Bryan College. He enjoys providing private & exclusive stretch sessions - whether that be by increasing mobility, improving their performance as an athlete, or helping to reduce chronic pain. Seeing the positive impact that a single Stretch Therapy session can have on a client’s life helps to motivate Sean in his ongoing education and work as a practitioner.

Part of Sean’s success in his practice is due to his lifestyle - he is incredibly active (like many of his clients) and understands first-hand the pressure this can place on our bodies. Five to six times per week, Sean does weight training followed by biweekly treatments for his body (anything from massage and stretch therapy to acupuncture). On top of work and training, Sean enjoys going to Hip Hop and Salsa dance classes as well as cooking new and creative meals off of the Tasty App to maintain a balanced self-care routine.

In a session with Sean, clients will benefit from his informative and painless treatment style, engaging in diaphragmatic breathing, calming the nervous system and improving flexibility. Book a Stretch Therapy session with Sean today and experience the benefits yourself!
