Evan earned her Business honours undergrad degree from York University and is passionate about clientele relationships and business growth. In addition, she is a Reiki Master Teacher and teaches Reiki courses alongside Sachiyo Ichimura!
She’s the perfect blend of creativity and business as she takes care of the front and back end of the clinic! She is leading and responsible for recruiting practitioner talent, new employee onboarding, and streamlining business operations. You can expect nothing but the best experience and conversations from her at Lite Mind Body.

Natalya Motluk (B.A Hons) is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where she majored in Women and Gender Studies with minors in History and English. Passionate about community outreach, she dedicates her free time volunteering at a women's drop-in center. At the clinic, Natalya is an advocate for health and wellness, with a strong focus on self-care, helping to host events, bring in new treatments, and create educational content on the clinic's blog and social media channels to support healing in the community.

Melissa is a lifelong seeker who has journeyed across the globe, performed on stages for large audiences, led healing dance sessions at retreats and events, and been a guest speaker on numerous women's empowerment podcasts. She is passionate about empowering women through radical self-honesty, self-love, self-compassion, and travel. Her goal is to guide individuals on their journey to discover their authentic soul expression. Through benefits consulting, she is committed to making healthcare and wellness more accessible to all by incorporating it into clients' everyday lives and routines without the mental burden of considering the costs.

Ruchika Kumar holds a BSc in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Waterloo. She has always been passionate about health and wellness shown through her desire to learn about the biological, physiological and psychological needs of the human body and how to optimize all of its functions.
Throughout her varying experiences she brings a diverse set of skills to the clinic as a clinic coordinator. As a true advocate for holistic wellbeing, she is dedicated to providing the utmost service to all our patients on their wellness journeys.

Originally from Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, Ticiana made the exciting move to Vancouver, Canada 10 years ago to pursue her Bachelors in Human Science at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is a registered holistic nutritionist (RHN). Last year, Ticiana made the move to Toronto to continue her education at U of T. Outside of the clinic, Ticiana plays various sports and adores her Dalmatian rescue, Maju, who is also from Brazil.

With a master's degree in accounting and seven years of experience in the field, her path took an unexpected turn when a severe backache forced her to slow down and focus on her health. This led her to discover the healing power of massage and sauna. This personal journey ignited a passion for holistic healthcare, inspiring her to share the benefits with others. Maryam strive to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where everyone feels at ease.

Born and raised in India, Amiya recently moved to Toronto to pursue her MBA and embark on an exciting new chapter. Growing up with a mother who is a certified yoga teacher, holistic wellness has always been a cornerstone of her life. Immersed in the practices of yoga and Ayurveda from a young age, Amiya developed a deep appreciation for the harmony between mind and body. This upbringing inspired her lifelong belief in the transformative power of wellness.
Outside of her studies, Amiya enjoys reading books and going on hiking trails. She is passionate about encouraging others to explore and incorporate holistic wellness into their daily routines.
