What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made outside of the 24-hour cancellation period are subject to a 50-100% charge of the appointment cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Please inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible to ensure your appointment time does not go to waste and our practitioners can provide the care you need.

IS there parking?

LIBERTY VILLAGE: We do not have client-specific parking. There is free street parking in front of the clinic. There is also Green P parking and a paid underground lot a 2-minute walk from the clinic on Sudbury Street.

HARBORD VILLAGE: There is no client-specific parking. There is free parking on side streets by the clinic and Green P parking on Harbord Street, in front of the clinic.

Best Practice before appointment?

Before your appointment, please ensure you have completed all forms and waivers. If you are heading into the sauna, please hydrate beforehand and bring a water bottle with you. You are welcome to wear a bathing suit though towels and robes are provided on site. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing for all practitioner appointments. Please note that there are NO SHOES ALLOWED inside the clinic. We provide slides which are sanitized between each use but you are welcome to bring your own slippers or slides as well.

At Lite Mind Body our number one priority is to keep you safe and healthy. In order to continue to do this, we have implemented protocols based on the recommendations made by Public Health Ontario (PHO). If you have any questions regarding our safety protocol please do not hesitate to contact us.

  1. We are by appointment only

  2. Our appointments are staggered so there should not be any person arriving at the same time as your scheduled booking

  3. We encourage all clients to wear masks/face coverings in the clinic

  4. Every person entering must complete a waiver

  5. Brand new state of the art HVAC system installed October 2020

  6. True HEPPA Air Filters in each treatment room
