What is Stretch Therapy?

Your stretch therapist as they move your body into different postures with a focus on connective tissue. All that you must do during your session is relax, focus on deep breathing, and allow your therapist to move you through stretches that will increase your mobility. While you may perform stretches at the beginning or end of a workout, a stretch therapist can manipulate your body and stretch muscles in a way you may not consider when doing it yourself.
