LMB Recommends: Acupressure Rings

What are Acupressure Rings?

The Chinese Medicine Acupressure Rings are made to stimulate acupressure points and reflexology zones of your hands and fingers. Each point is associated with an internal organ or body part and by massaging certain points, it helps bring energetic flow and balance to your organs and your overall health and wellness.

How do I use Acupressure Rings?

Pleace the ring over one finger and use the fingers of your other hand to roll the ring down your palm and fingers simultaneously. At least 5 minutes each day is recommended.

Easily incorporate Acupressure Rings into your daily routine, whether it's during a study or work break, sitting on the couch watching a show or even right before bedtime.

For example, if you work from home you may find your hands and fingers numb or sore from a long day of typing on the computer. It’s a great self-care regime to add to your daily routine to help relieve soreness or numbness of your hands!
