LMB LOVES

As we head into the new year, we want to share with you some of our favourite products we carry here in the clinic. These are not just any regular favourites, they are products we have been consistently using over the past year and products we continuously recommend to our clients. We hope you enjoy them too !

1.     Jasmine oil

Derived from the white jasmine flowers, Jasminun officiniale, it is popular for having several different benefits.  We typically offer this to clients after their Lite Therapy session as a hand moisturizer and for aromatherapeutic effects. A study actually found that inhaling jasmine oil can improve brain activity and mood. This includes feeling more positive and energetic.

2.     Signature scent

A question we commonly get asked when new clients enter the store is “what do you guys use in your diffuser?” We believe in the power of aromatherapy and thus, we ensure that this is integrated into every element of our space. While we currently do not sell our signature scent as an oil for your diffuser, we are offering it in the form of a rollerball. This is a great natural alternative to perfume and will keep you smelling fresh all day.

3.     Rosewater toner

Locally made right here in Toronto, this is one of our favourite products for its versatility and we always make sure to keep in stock. We recommend clients to keep a bottle in their refrigerator and spray throughout the day as needed. Tip: it is extremely hydrating and refreshing after a Lite Therapy session. Rosewater can help to soften the skin, giving it a natural healthy glow. It is anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial which helps to control redness and promote scar healing.

4.     Thorne supplements

We carry a variety of Thorne supplements include Stress B-Complex, SAT, Multi B-6 and Adrenal Cortex. Whether it be a boost of energy, or mood improvement, or even recovering from a hangover, Thorne got you covered. We also know these can be hard to source in Canada and we hope by offering them at the clinic, we can make them more accessible for our community.
