Welcome to our sanctuary for moms, a special meditation session designed to help you unwind after the summer holidays, rejuvenate your spirit, and foster meaningful connections within our community.

This gentle, nurturing session features a soothing blend of breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation to melt away stress, promote relaxation, and restore your inner peace. Following our calming practices, we'll have time for reflection, journaling, sharing, and connecting. Join us for a serene escape that will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized.

Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, pen and paper/journal.

Mary Higgins

Mary is a mother, meditation teacher, nature lover, and women’s wellness advocate. Mary has been practicing meditation since 2010, a pivotal year in her life when she embarked on a journey of sobriety and mental health healing. As Mary navigated various life transitions, including becoming a mother and experiencing postpartum depression, she realized the profound healing impact of meditation, mindfulness, and community connection.

Today, Mary is passionate about sharing her experience with others and walking alongside women on their unique well-being journeys. Drawing from over a decade of practical experience combined with formal training in meditation and mindfulness, Mary leads group and 1:1 sessions designed to calm the mind, ease stress, restore peace and balance, and build community connection.
