Charmaine is a certified holistic nutritionist, women’s hormone health practitioner and medical astrologer. She focuses on empowering her clients to strengthen their connection with self through intuitive eating practices to nourish their body, mind and heart for overall long-term health.

She understands there’s a big difference between optimal health on paper and in real life. That’s why she designs her nutrition plans based on her client’s lifestyle and how they would want to integrate it into their daily routines – ensuring these new habits will stick for the long-run.

Charmaine uses the ancient wisdom of medical astrology to understand her client’s inner energetic constitution and uses their astrology chart to guide her holistic nutrition protocols.
