Winter Solstice Retreat

Join us for an afternoon of warmth, connection and collaboration as we enter the dark season. This event is all about helping you thrive mentally, physically and spiritually this winter so you can nourish your body and emerge in the spring happy, healthy and fulfilled.

What’s Included:

We will begin with a sound bath and meditation to help you relax and release unwanted energy. We will focus on manifesting our desires for the winter ahead, envisioning our goals for this new season, and grounding in the present. Our acupuncturist, Jessica, will come around the room to place an acupuncture needle aimed at helping with stress relief and grounding in your body so you can be present and at ease throughout the retreat.

Our Ayurvedic practitioner, Mamta will introduce you to the power of Ayurvedic medicine, one of the oldest most trusted healing sciences, and the soothing art of abhyanga, a warm oil massage. Mamta will lead a tutorial, showing you how to perform an abhyanga head massage on yourself to help with soothing your nerves, nourishing your body and embracing self-love throughout the dry, winter months.

Our Holistic Nutritionist and Medical Astrologer Charmaine will offer insight into the astrological importance of this season and the best ways to nourish and care for your body at this time of year. Learn how to strengthen your immune system during the colder months and tips and tricks to indulge in holiday treats while still caring for your body.

We’ll end with soothing chai tea, yummy treats and good conversation to help move us into the darker season with love and light!
