Due to the physical nature of breathwork, there are some contraindications: pregnancy, cardiovascular disease including heart attacks or angina, high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma or retinal detachment, severe osteoporosis, significant physical injuries or surgery, severe mental illness, seizure disorders, a personal or family history of aneurysms, persons using major medications, asthma (if you have asthma it is recommended to bring your inhaler)

Liv Arcangeli - Transformation & Energy Guide
Liv Arcangeli is a Toronto-based wellness practitioner with a specialty in Transformation & Energy Work. Her love for creating healing spaces started when she was working as a contemporary dance artist & began to see the impacts the healing modalities she practices today had on every aspect of her life. Liv currently works in the modalities of Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Sound, and Transformational Life Coaching. She intends to create experiences which allow her students/ clients to tap into the more subtle layers of the self. This is to create profound inner healing which enables us to connect deeply to our true essence. In the world we live in, we move far away from the core of ourselves and into worry, fear, anxiety, stress, worry, etc. In her sessions, she allows the space for others to be & feel what they are experiencing, which gently guides people through a journey of self-discovery to come back to a remembering of who they truly are.
