    Evan earned her Business honours undergrad degree from York University and is passionate about clientele relationships and business growth. She’s the perfect blend of creativity and business as she takes care of the front and back end of the clinic! She is leading and responsible for recruiting practitioner talent, new employee onboarding, and streamlining business operations. You can expect nothing but the best experience and conversations from her at Lite Mind Body.

    Natalya Motluk

    BENEFITS CONSULTANT & ASSISTANT CLINIC MANAGER

    Natalya Motluk (B.A Hons) graduated from the University of Toronto, where she majored in Women and Gender Studies and minored in History and English. Natalya’s interests include community outreach, mental wellness, and the curation of safe spaces. Previously, Natalya worked as a Communications Assistant for the Women and Gender Studies Institute at the University of Toronto where she was responsible for social media content creation. As a long-time mental health advocate, Natalya is excited to expand her experience in health and wellness. In her spare time, Natalya enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her pets.

  • McKenna Feltz

    BENEFITS CONSULTANT & PARTNERSHIPS DEVELOPER

    Yoga instructor, Assistant Kinesiologist, and Strength & Conditioning Coach; what can’t McKenna do? McKenna graduated from the University of Guelph in Kinesiology and is currently in school to become an Osteopath. McKenna’s goal is to create a safe and encouraging space for everyone to be able to become more curious about their health and wellness needs. She strives to help and care for those around her in order to provide the best experience to her clients.

  • Elena Geronimo

    BENEFITS CONSULTANT & ONBOARDING SUPERVISOR

    Elena received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and delved into mental wellness at the height of the pandemic. Mental health is her big ‘why’ when asked about her motivation and direction. Before moving to Toronto, Elena appreciated making connections with diverse communities in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, where she took the time to listen and meet individuals where they were on their path towards safe housing and health. She is an avid learner who enjoys keeping up with the innovations and research in health and wellness.

  • Sarah Michel

    THERAPIST & CLINIC COORDINATOR

    Sarah is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner student at OCTCM in downtown Toronto. She lives to travel, explore new cultures, landscapes and try out different activities. Amongst those, she enjoys most practicing yoga with horses, practicing reflexology and acupressure massage, and teaching karate to kids.

  • Gina Lai

    PERSONAL TRAINER & CLINIC COORDINATOR

    Gina graduated with honours from McMaster University with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiation Sciences and is currently finishing another bachelor’s degree in Nutrition. As a certified personal trainer and fitness coach she is passionate about helping others improve their health and wellness. She strives to create a welcoming and empowering atmosphere where people can feel their best and live their best lives.

  • Ticiana Araújo

    CLINIC COORDINATOR

    Originally from Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, Ticiana made the exciting move to Vancouver, Canada 10 years ago to pursue her Bachelors in Human Science at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is a registered holistic nutritionist (RHN). Last year, Ticiana made the move to Toronto to continue her education at U of T. Outside of the clinic, Ticiana plays various sports and adores her Dalmatian rescue, Maju, who is also from Brazil.

  • Olivia Belovich

    CLINIC COORDINATOR

    Olivia is entering her final year of her undergraduate honours degree at the University of Toronto, majoring in Book and Media Studies. With intensive experience designing and writing for the university’s largest newspaper, she is passionate about all things creative. In her free time, she is an avid reader, writer and artist who is constantly exploring new mediums and the intersections between creativity and wellness.

  • Thomas De Azevedo

    TUINA THERAPIST & CLINIC COORDINATOR

    Thomas came all the way from France after his graduation from a French Traditional Chinese Medicine school where he studied for 3 years. He then decided to come to Canada to further develop his skills and practice. He will be graduating from OCTCM in August where he studied and practiced in depth Tuina massage and Acupuncture. Thomas also sought to learned other healing modalities like Thaï Massage where he graduated from ITM Toronto, helping him enrich his manual therapy skills. During his spare time, Thomas loves playing and listening to music, hiking, and practicing different boxing styles.
