Clinic Coordinator
Clinic Coordinator Responsibilities
Overseeing clinic daily operations.
Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
Ensuring waiver forms, and patient intake forms are completed.
Implement cleaning and sanitizing procedures in between use.
New patient orientation.
Product and Service Sales.
Develop procedures to optimize patient care.
Client intake, providing best in client services, introducing healthcare providers as well as services to new patients.
Managing internal and external communications and answering queries.
Opening and closing client procedures.
Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Enjoy working with people but also comfortable working independently.
Clinic Coordinator Requirements
Located in the GTA
Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus
Passionate for healthcare, wellness, and serving the community
Professional demeanour and appearance
Experience in clinical operations
Exceptional organizational skills to ensure high-quality of services
Knowledge of scheduling systems and general computer literacy required
Proficiency in managing budget and billing
Competency with computer-based POS systems such as Square, Jane, Canva
Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare as well and the public
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
