foot pain doesn’t have to be the norm

As glamorous as they are, those heels that get you around the city every Friday night are really starting to take a toll on your feet. Or maybe you just finished a 10 hour shift—on your feet—and can barely stand anymore because of the calve pain. Whether your job requires you to stand for hours, or you’re a dancer, athlete, just love wearing heels, have arthritis, calve pain, or any sort of discomfort in your feet, you need to take care of them. They’re the things that get us where we need to go every day, after all…

A foot massage in toronto

When you book a foot massage at our wellness clinic, you’re booking much more than a quick fix to a problem area. Our registered holistic practitioner, Sarah, specializes in foot massage and tuina treatments through her passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). TCM offers an alternative form of healing that considers our bodies as a whole, rather than targeting a specific area of concern. By stimulating the area all the way from your toes to your knees, Sarah will restore the energy balance (Qi) within this often forgotten spot in your body. A foot massage at our clinic takes care of your body and soul through its physical and energetic needs—not one or the other.
